My stay at Mountain Side Hakuba was absolutely fantastic! The location is very nice, right next to the ski lifts with amazing views. The apartments are modern and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful, providing service that genuinely made my experience a joy. However, I found dining options limited outside the peak season, which made finding meals a bit challenging.

I had an amazing stay at Mountain Side Hakuba! The modern and spacious apartments were perfect, offering great views of the ski slopes. Though it was off-season, making dining a bit tricky without a car, the superb service from the staff made up for it. I can't wait to return next winter.
